We have selected 2 recipes for you ice creams and sorbets delicious to accompany your summer… and why not your winter!

Ice creams and sorbets: A vegan ice cream with red fruits coated in chocolate

This recipe will delight even the sweetest of you: it combines the acidity of red fruits with the indulgence of chocolate. An ice cream bursting with flavor that will tickle your taste buds.

This recipe is quick and easy, and will only take 5 minutes to prepare. Allow 5 hours for the ice cream to set.

For this recipe you will need:

  • 300g of red fruits (strawberries, raspberries, cherries, currants, etc.)
  • 100ml of coconut or almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons of maple syrup
  • 200g of dark chocolate or vegan milk chocolate
  • 150ml of coconut oil
  • Utensils: ice cream molds and blender

First, wash the berries you've selected beforehand, then blend them in a blender with the coconut milk. You can then add the maple syrup.

Once the mixture is smooth and homogeneous, you can pour the mixture into the ice cream molds and place them in the freezer for 4 hours. Once the ice creams are ready, you can start the chocolate icing.

To do this, melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl: you can do this in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Then let the mixture cool to room temperature.

Unmold your ice creams: To help you, you can run the mold under hot water for a few seconds. Once the ice creams are unmolded, dip them into the melted chocolate mixture. Let the excess chocolate drip off and place the ice creams on a sheet of baking paper (the sheet should be placed on a freezer-safe dish). Place the dish in the freezer and let them rest for 1 hour.

Your ice creams are ready to be enjoyed!

Vegan Watermelon Sorbet

This quick, easy, and delicious recipe will remind you of summer with the season's must-have fruit: watermelon. For fans of this refreshing fruit, here's a vegan watermelon ice cream recipe.

For this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 350ml watermelon juice/watermelon pieces
  • ½ lemon (zest only)
  • A few mint leaves
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of agave syrup/honey (optional)

Blend the watermelon pieces, filtering the juice to remove the seeds.

Return the juice to the blender and add the lemon zest and mint leaves. You can also add agave or honey. Blend everything together.

Once the mixture is smooth and homogeneous, pour the mixture into the ice cream molds and let it sit in the freezer so that the ice cream sets properly. We recommend letting your mixture sit overnight for quality ice cream.
